We'd like to extend an invitation to parents to join us at a French Cafe at 2pm on Wednesday, June 4th in Room 105 at Brooksbank! Please help us celebrate the French language skills the Grade 5s have acquired, and enjoy some delicious French cuisine served by our very French wait staff in Grade 5.

As the musical performance of The Lion King is almost upon us, we want to remind the students of the costume requirements.
All students will be wearing ALL BLACK, including black shirt, pants/ leggings and socks. No skirts or shorts please. Students will NOT be wearing shoes on stage so VERY black socks are important.

Students are requested to be at the school at 6:15-6:30 to start getting faces painted and getting ready. Leads must be at school no later than 6:00 to prepare.

 While in past years, this has been a half-day event, the format has changed this year.

 From the beginning of the day until recess there will be a multi-age group session called Inquiring Minds.

 Between Recess and Lunch, there will be various activities, those for the intermediate grades and separate stations for the primary grades.

 After Lunch, it will be our Finale with many exciting events such as a Tug-of -War.

 Dismissal will be at the usual Wednesday time of 2pm.
